  • Our assistants are fully trained to help in MANY different aspects of your business before they get started in our service. Our job is to take tasks that you are ready to delegate and help streamline your business so that you can put your focus into things that need your full attention! We have designed our service to be fully customizable to your needs each week. Here is a short list of some of the services we offer:

  • Once you fill out our interest form, we will reach out to you to set up an initial call to talk about your business needs, get to know your personality, and talk about your weekly budget. From there, we will go through our assistants and match you with one that fits your needs! This removes the stress of having to interview multiple assistants to find the one! We will take care of YOU!

  • While we are confident in each of our assistants and their work, we understand that sometimes things happen. Choose Your Solution is always reachable by email if you have any problems with your assistant but we also put other measures in place to make sure that everything is going well for the client and assistant. Every two weeks you will get a survey to give us feedback on your assistant! If things are not going well after we have addressed any issues, we will match you with a new assistant.

  • We handle paying all of our assistants directly! So all you have to do is pay your weekly invoice from Choose Your Solution and we handle the rest.

  • We believe you hire a virtual assistant to make your life easier — not harder. You can adjust your task list with your assistant at any time! Flexibility is built into our contracts so we can adjust as your business needs change.

  • We believe flexibility is KEY when creating a plan to work with a virtual assistant. For this reason, our minimum is set to one hour a week but tasks can always vary week to week.
